INGREDIENTS
250g Natural Coconut Yoghurt
125ml cold pressed olive oil
125ml apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
1 tbsp of dijon mustard
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
2 garlic cloves, finely diced
10 twists of fresh cracked black pepper
Pinch of salt
To Serve
Black sesame seeds
METHOD
1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk together
2. Taste and add seasoning as desired, you can also whisk in additional honey for added sweetness
3. To serve sprinkle with pepper, salt and black sesame seeds
4. Drizzle over anything for a creamy, bitey deliciousness!
