1 1/2 cups COYO Strawberry Coconut Yoghurt
1 cup granola
1 cup of fresh strawberries, cubed
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
INGREDIENTS FOR MANGO & PASSIOFRUIT PARFAIT
1 1/2cups COYO Mango Coconut Yoghurt
1 cup granola
1 fresh mango, cubed
1/2 cup fresh passionfruit purée (from 4–5 passionfruit)
INGREDIENTS FOR WILDBERRY & COCONUT
1 1/2 cups COYO Vanilla Bean Coconut Yoghurt
1 cup granola
1 cup of fresh blueberries, cubed
1/2 cup fresh blackberries
METHOD
Gather all your ingredients to layer and ensure the fruits are washed, peeled, and cut into bite-sized pieces as needed.
Start layering in a jar or cup with lid, by adding 2 tablespoons of yoghurt as the base layer, followed by tablespoons of granola, then table spoons of your chosen fruit combination.
Repeat the layering until you achieve your desired fullness. You can add a swirl of honey or natural sweetener if you desire extra sweetness. Once finished, pop on an air tight lid and refrigerate.
Enjoy within the hour if you like crunchy granola or if you like a more bircher soft bite, these are great stored for up to 24 hours.
