Super Shake Mocktail


Nothing says vacation like the frozen bliss of a minty, chocolatey super shake sipped by a pool. We have taken a nourishing superfood twist on this cocktail-inspired beverage, using magnesium-rich bananas, fresh mint, creamy avocados and maple syrup for a healthy dose of cell enriching fats and other functional plant ingredients to cure your sweet, treat cravings while kindling your digestive health.

2 large ripe bananas, frozen
3 scoops of COYO® Mint Choc Chip Ice Cream
12 fresh mint leaves or 1-2 drops of food grade essential oil
1 1⁄2 tbspn cacao powder
1 tbspn coconut oil (liquid)
1 tbspn cacao nibs
1 tbspn chia seeds
1/4 cup walnuts
1/2 a ripe avocado
1 cup plant based milk

To serve
Whipped coconut cream Melted plant based chocolate
Cacao chips
Mint sprig


1. Chop up the frozen bananas into small chunks and add to your blender.
2. Add all remaining ingredients to your blender and blend until completely smooth. You may need to add more milk – you want a thick and creamy consistency. Set aside.
3. To serve, pour your melted choc sauce into a squeeze bottle and drizzle the sides of a tall glass.
4. Pour the shake into the glass and top with whipped coconut cream, cacao chips and a sprig of fresh mint.
