1. Prepare your strawberries by washing them, chopping and then mashing in a bowl to make a fresh strawberry mixture.
2. Combine COYO Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt, date and soaked cashews into a blender and blend for a few minutes, till soft.
3. Take your ice cream moulds and layer in tablespoons of the blended mixture and the fresh strawberries, until all moulds are full. Place in popsicles sticks, and set in the freezer for 3-4 hours or until firmly set.
4. You can level up your pops with extra topping like toasted coconut flakes by removing from the mould, brushing with yoghurt and dusting with toasted coco flakes, then set back in the freezer on a tray for a few minutes before serving! Enjoy your creamy coconut and strawberry immunity popsicles and give your immune system a delicious boost!
