INGREDIENTS
2 cup chopped very ripe mango
500g tub of COYO Mango Frozen Yoghurt
1 cup of plant based milk
3 tablespoons of maple syrup to taste
Dash ground cardamom
Ice (optional)
METHOD
1. Place the mango, COYO, plant-based milk, maple syrup, and cardamom into a blender. Blend for 2 minutes.
2. If you want a thicker consistency, blend in some ice as well or serve over ice cubes.
3. Pour contents into a glass and sprinkle with a tiny pinch of ground cardamom to serve.
Can be keep refrigerated for up to 24 hours
