Ingredients to Make One 330ml Can

100ml COYO dairy-free coconut ice cream (about two standard scoops)

100g of ice cubes for blending

40ml shot of strong espresso

40ml Ube shot (2gm of ube powder blended with 40ml water whisked together like Matcha)

30ml Coconut milk or water

2mls of Mind Studio Lion’s Mane or Cordyceps Tincture

METHOD

1.Brew and cool the 40ml coffee shot . Prepare the 40ml ube shot .

2. In a high powered blender, add in this order; coconut milk, Mind Studio tincture, COYO coconut ice cream, lastly ice. Blend until creamy and smooth, add more liquid as needed to get a smooth but still liquid, slushie like consistency.

3. Pour the ube shot into the bottom of the can. Fill with the coconut frappe mixture.

4. Pour coffee gently over the top for a luscious swirl, and top off with remaining coconut frappe mixture.

5. Finally for added colour, dust with dragon fruit or ube powder.

6. If you are using a caning machine, pop it into the sealer!
