Chocolatey French Toast

1/8 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup plant-based milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg scrambled (or vegan egg replacement)
2 slices of brioche
1 tsp plant-based butter
COYO Vanilla Bean Coconut Ice Cream


  1. Whisk vanilla, milk, egg, maple syrup and cacao powder together in a bowl. 
  2. Dip 1 slice of brioche in the mixture for 5 seconds on each side and fry with a knob of butter on both sides for about 4-5 minutes on medium-low heat.  
  3. Serve with COYO Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, maple syrup and a generous dusting of cocoa powder. Bon appétit!
