INGREDIENTS
1 cup waterÂ
1 tsp vanilla extractÂ
2 cups COYO Vanilla Bean Coconut YoghurtÂ
4 tbsp natural gelatin / agar agarÂ
3 tbsp maple syrupÂ
Pinch of pink himalayan crystal saltÂ
5 tbsp cacao powder
METHOD
1. Bloom gelatin or agar agar in 1 cup of water.Â
2. In a pot, heat COYO until just warm but not boiling, add vanilla extract and salt. Â
3. Add cacao powder into a bowl with 2 tbsp of boiling water, stir to combine, then add to yoghurt mixture, stir again until combined.Â
4. Add in gelatin or agar agar and stir until dissolved.Â
5. Pour into a silicone mould tray, refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until set.Â
6. Turn out and cut into cubes, keep refrigerated.Â
Note: Some cacao may settle at the bottom of the gummies once set, this can be easily cut off with a wet knife
