Gut Loving Breakfast Bowl with COYO®

What could be better than waking up to a warming breakfast bowl with fresh figs, sweet berry compote and COYO® Organic Probiotic Vanilla Coconut Yoghurt? We can't think of anything either! This stunning recipe makes breakfast easy and oh, so delicious, in 4 simple steps - berry compote, granola, seasonal fruit and COYO®!

INGREDIENTS

2 Big spoonfuls of COYO® Organic Probiotic
Vanilla Bean Coconut Milk Yoghurt

½ Cup of frozen mixed berries

½ Cup of homemade or good quality granola
(we used Loving Earth!)

½ Vanilla bean pod

Splash of fresh orange juice

Seasonal Fruit

METHOD

1. To make the compote, halve vanilla bean pod length ways. Scrape seeds from bean.
Place berries, seeds, bean and orange juice in a saucepan over low heat. Stir to combine.
Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes or until berries
have just softened. Remove from heat.

2. Add COYO® Organic Probiotic Vanilla Bean Coconut Milk Yoghurt to bowl,
add granola and hot delicious berry compote.

3. Top with seasonal fruit and enjoy!
