500g COYO® Vanilla Bean
100g fresh mango
100g melted Loving Earth White Chocolate
6 tsp maple syrup
6-8 tbsp chopped granola
6 tbsp chopped nuts
1. In a small bowl, combine the COYO® Vanilla Bean and maple syrup.
2. Slice the fresh mango and add to a food processor to blend into a mango puree.
3. In the popsicle moulds, layer the mango puree, chopped granola and the mixture of COYO Vanilla Bean and maple syrup.
4. Freeze overnight and serve with melted Loving Earth White Chocolate drizzle and chopped nuts.
