500g COYO® Vanilla Bean
100g fresh mango
100g melted Loving Earth White Chocolate
6 tsp maple syrup
6-8 tbsp chopped granola
6 tbsp chopped nuts
In a small bowl, combine the COYO® Vanilla Bean and maple syrup.
Slice the fresh mango and add to a food processor to blend into a mango puree.
In the popsicle moulds, layer the mango puree, chopped granola and the mixture of COYO® Vanilla Bean and maple syrup.
Freeze overnight and serve with melted Loving Earth White Chocolate drizzle and chopped nuts.
