Golden Milk Coconut Banana Lassi

This delicious recipe for Golden Milk Lassi made with COYO Coconut Milk Yogurt and Bananas will be sure to have you cooled down in no time this Summer. A traditional Indian drink, this Turmeric based Ayurvedic inspired recipe is filled with immune boosting natural ingredients and probiotics to see you nourished all day long.


1 Place all ingredients into a blender and mix on high speed until smooth. 2 Add more COYO Coconut Milk Yogurt if you prefer. Once the taste is as desired you can pour the Golden Milk Lassi cold over ice or heat the blended mix on the stove top for a warm latte replacement. Either way for a speculator finish dust with Turmeric and Cinnamon before serving.


2 cups COYO Coconut Milk Yogurt Alternative in Natural
2 bananas
2 tsp freshly grated ginger
2 tsp honey, Manuka Bush Honey is superb if you can find it.
1/2 lemon, juice
2 tsp rosehip powder (optional but delicious, and a good C-vitamin boost)
1 tsp vanilla extract or ground vanilla
3-4 tsp ground turmeric (or fresh turmeric root )

4-5 ice cubes ( to serve cold if desired )
