INGREDIENTS
1 cup mixed berries
1/2 cup frozen pomegranate
1 frozen chopped banana
1/2 cup COYO Wild Berry Frozen Yoghurt
1/2 cup COTO Natural Coconut Yoghurt
1/2 cup spinach
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp honey (optional)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup coconut water
Blueberries
Granola
Toasted sesame seeds
Blue spirulina
Desiccated coconut
METHOD
Add berries, pomegranate, banana, COYO Wild Berry Frozen Yoghurt, spinach, chia seeds, sweetener, almond milk and coconut water into your blender and blend on high until all ingredients are well-combined with a smooth and creamy consistency. You can adjust sweetness by adding more sweetener of choice, we used honey but you can use maple syrup for a vegan option.
Spoon the smoothie mixture into a bowl and garnish with granola, toasted sesame seeds and fresh blueberries, dollop with whipped COYO Natural Coconut Yoghurt and dust with blue spirulina and desiccated coconut. Enjoy your skin-boosting berry smoothie immediately for maximum freshness and benefits!
