INGREDIENTS
2 large or 3 medium bananas, frozen
3 scoops of COYO® Salted Caramel Ice Cream
1 medjool date
3 scoops of COYO® Salted Caramel Ice Cream

2 tspn protein
1 tspn hemp seeds
1/4 cup soaked cashews
3/4 – 1 cup plant based milk
Toppings of choice

METHOD
1. Chop up your frozen bananas and date.
2. Drain the cashews and rinse well under cold water.
3. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth. You may need to add more milk to get the smoothie running! Only add as much liquid as you need though, as you want the smoothie to be quite thick.
4. Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings, we love keeping it simple with a dusting of toasted coconut and garnished with pineapple leaves and a dried orange slice.
