Owner of Vanilla Food, Pernille Tomkins share her passion for food below 👇

My interest in food started when I was very young helping out in my mothers kitchen 🍳After many years of being a chef my love for wholefoods and health slowly blossomed. It is always my number one priority making sure my family and friends are healthy and happy - as those are the only two things in life you really need 💕💕

My philosophy! Feed your body with nourishing, organic and fresh wholesome food to feel alive and energized, Educate yourself, your family and your community to a healthier life style and Share food with the people you love. Not any diet is perfect for every body, what ever works for you!

100g Organic Oats

500mL Coconut Milk

4tbsp Natural COYO

2tsp Agave Syrup

2 Pears

500mL Water

1 Cinnamon Stick

A few drops of vanilla essence (or a vanilla pod if you have one)

1. Place the water, syrup, cinnamon, star anise, and vanilla in a small pot and heat gently.

2. Peel the pears, leaving the stalk intact and place them in the pot, making sure they are covered.

3. In a separate pot, add the oats, coconut milk, stevia, and gently simmer down to a thick porridge.

4. When the pears are ready (about 15mins), place each pear in a bowl. Gently holding them upright by the stalk, spoon the porridge around the pear so it supports itself.

5. Top with Natural COYO.
