INGREDIENTS

500g of COYO® Greek Style Coconut Yoghurt
Lemon butter
Marmalade
Granola of choice
Raspberry chia jam
Fresh passionfruit puree with seeds
Fresh raspberries
Fresh strawberries

METHOD

1. In a glass tumbler start with a first layer of COYO Greek Style Coconut Yoghurt and a generous layer of granola. From there you alternate layering with lemon butter, marmalade, fresh diced strawberries, fresh whole raspberries, more yoghurt and granola, passion fruit puree and raspberry jam.
2. Finally top with a layer of yoghurt, raspberry jam, whole fresh raspberries and a slice of lemon on the side. Spoon away!
