30ml warmed water
1/2 cup of ice
60ml of soy milk
Pitaya soaked coconut dust
METHOD

Add beetroot powder, 30mls water and collagen elixir to a bowl and whisk to combine into a base.

Rim your glass with coconut dust and fill with ice

Pour over with soy milk, top up with beetroot collagen base and then top with a creamy scoop of COYO Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt and dust with antioxidant rich beetroot powder and more coconut. Enjoy!
