This Coconut Kefir Blackberry Smoothie is such a deliciously healthy way to start the day. Filled with lots of gut loving probiotic power and an additional protein hit from creamy almond butter.
Feel free to add some oats if you’d like to make it even more of a substantial, filling smoothie.

INGREDIENTS
1 small ripe banana, peeled
2/3 cup blackberries (108g)
1/4 cup COYO Natural Coconut Kefir
1 heaped tsp almond butter (optional)
2 ice cubes
Option to replace the almond butter with 1/4 cup of oats (23g) if you prefer and add a little more kefir or
almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
METHOD
Peel the banana. Place everything in a high speed blender and blitz until smooth. Option to swirl through a little more natural kefir to make it look pretty!
