1 X 500ml COYO Vanilla Bean + Nutmeg Organic Coconut Ice Cream
2 x Brownies of choice
3-4 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup
1 x Nutmeg freshly grated for garnish
200ml x Organic Cold Brew Concentrate Regular or Caffeine Free
2. Rough chop your choclate brownies and place a table spoon of chopped brownie into the bottom of each glass.
3. Pour 200mls of Monty Organic Cold Brew Concentrate into a sauce pan and heat on medium until hot.
4. While waiting for the coffee to heat, remove your COYO Vanilla Bean + Nutmeg Organic Coconut Ice Cream from the freezer and place 2 scoops into each of the brownie filled glasses.
5. Now with Monty Coffee nice and hot, pour 50mls into each glass and spoon over with Maple syrup to taste.
6. Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg and brownie crumbles. Serve immediately and enjoy!
