Tried and tested in our own master chef's kitchen, Sandra Gosling ( COYO co-founder), this spicy super green dressing is so addictive it will be your go-to recipe to liven up EVERYTHING! And we mean everything! Use it as a healthy dip, add more water for a probiotic dressing, drizzle it over Mexican or toss some tofu in it as a raw marinade, it's uses are endless. Not only is it easy to make, but it's one of those delicious probiotic rich foods that will help balance and restore harmony to you digestive system.
1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor ( except the cashews ) and blend until well combined.
2. Add overnight soaked cashews and COYO® Probiotic Natural Coconut Milk Yoghurt
and pulse until smooth.
3. Add additional water and oil until desired consistency is achieved, then place in a glass jar to store. Use as a dressing, dip or raw marinade.
1 cup Packed Cilantro, Mint and Parsley.
1 Jalapeño, seeds removed
1 green birds eye chill seeds removed
2 garlic cloves
2 juiced limes
1/2 cup of water
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup of overnight soaked cashews
200g of COYO® Probiotic Natural Coconut Milk Yoghurt
