Homemade Gut Friendly Granola

INGREDIENTS

COYO Organic Probiotic Strawberry Kefir
125g coconut flakes
125g coconut shredded
350g whole almonds
250g chopped walnuts
250g sunflower kernels
250g pepitas
300g whole oats
400g coconut oil
400g raw honey
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp ginger powder
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt

METHOD

  1. Heat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and spread out on two baking trays lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake until golden brown all over, about 10 to 15 minutes. Stir the granola as it bakes at least 2 or 3 times, making sure to stir around the edges.
  4. Cool completely before storing airtight.
