Fizzy Peach & Vanilla Kombucha Float

Bring back that childhood summer nostalgia with this fizzy, bubbly, creamy, dessert drink ready in under a minute! All you have to do is scoop, pour and spoon and you are on your way to delicious dairy-freedom!

INGREDIENTS

4 cups of Kombucha (pick the flavour you like best, we used Peach!)

1 x 500mL COYO Vanilla Bean & Nutmeg Ice Cream

Tarragon for garnish

METHOD

1. Add one scoop the coconut milk ice cream to the glass.

2. Pour over 250mL of Kombucha into a tall glass.

3. Add another scoop of coconut milk ice cream to the glass to float over the Kombucha and garnish with a Tarragon stem. Enjoy!
