Picture this! Sunny blue skies, crashing salty waves and an ice cold overflowing Mango & Passionfruit Smoothie Bowl. We’ve created an ultimate summer flavour combination with this bountiful recipe featuring our new Mango & Passionfruit Coconut Milk Yoghurt.
1 1/2 Cups of Frozen Mango Chunks
2 Tbls of Mango & Passionfruit Coconut Milk Yoghurt
1 Tsp. of Maca Powder
1 Tsp. of Turmeric
1 Tbls of Pea Protein
Splash of Coconut Water
1. Blend frozen mango chunks, COYO Mango & Passionfruit, maca powder, turmeric and a splash of coconut water (if needed).
2. Scoop into a large shallow bowl and add your toppings. We used a variety of season fruits such as dragonfruit, passionfruit, papaya, rockmelon and a sprinkle of bee pollen!
